Marry Alex Megalos? Though tempted by the Greek billionaire, Mallory James knew his exploits were legendary. Involving herself with a man like Megalos could only lead to heartbreak. But she hadn't counted on Alex's determination to bed—and wed—the one woman he couldn't have.
Forced to the altar by scandal, Mallory found herself almost believing that her new husband was committed to their vows. Until she discovered their marriage was the result of a bargain…with her as the ultimate prize.
Alex Magalos sees Mallory James across a room. Alex needs her father's help with a project he wants to do and Mallory intrigues him. She's fun and is feisty and he goes after her. Mallory knows that Alex is a player and has taken steps to keep out of his way. Alex corners her and they go to Mexico where some photographer takes pictures of them and plasters the pictures all over the Internet. To keep the wolves away they marry, but Mallory soon finds out about Alex's deal with her father, and sparks fly. I really enjoyed this story by Leanne Banks, as I do all of her works. But something bothered me about the middle of the book. Ms. Banks used the word snuba. I surely hadn't heard of the sport. It wasn't until a chapter later she explained it. For what it's worth, snuba is a scuba and snorkeling. I just wished it was explained at the time. Anyway it's still worth reading, I really loved Mallory and the way she gave Alex tit for tat.
