a new direction for the vampire genre. interesting read that i would recommend to ike minded readers.
I was entertained and enjoyed the read. Erin McCarthy tackles the vampire in modern time issues. The love interest, Alexis, is spunky, flawed and fun. I look forward to her sisters' love affair w/Corbin. I have trouble believing vampires that are hundreds of years old, who never married, fall in love so quickly. It happens in all vampire-romance novels and is part of the suspended belief I need to get over.
