Synopsis

Ex-cop Phil Broker and Major Nina Pryce face terror at home in their sixth thriller. As a result of the devastating battle with a terrorist in AFTER THE RAIN, Nina needs to heal on a number of levels. She has recently reconciled with her husband, Phil. Now the two of them with their daughter, Kit, move to the isolated town of Glacier Falls, Minnesota, seeking a break from the action. Unfortunately, the action seeks them out when Kit fights back against a schoolyard bully, igniting an escalating series of confrontations that ultimately summons a hit man to destroy the Broker/Pryce family's fragile peace.
