Fifteen years after their adored little sister, Ellie, disappeared, Caroline and Madeline still blame themselves, and their mother has become a depressed alcoholic who still dreams of finding her youngest. When she sees a photograph in People magazine of a girl who could be Ellie, Caroline ditches her waitress job and head to Montana to check her out. What happens at the end of this novel may or may not come as a surprise, but it may be hard to put down as the journey progresses.
This was a great book. I read it in a day. Kept me guessing the entire time.
as the title says, I just couldnt get into it. I read four or five chapters in and tried to like the characters but couldnt. This author did not make me want to hear more of the story. I didnt care who was lost or if they were found. I am glad I didnt buy this but tryed it out first.
