Didnt finish once I realized I didnt like either the hero or the heroine named Hero. Rounded up the extra half point, because it finally gave me the answer to my question of what Maiden Lane was and why the series was named after it. Only my second in the series, but apparently at least one character in each book has a tie to the foundlings home on Maiden Lane. I really enjoyed my first sample so wont give up on the whole series. Each will just have to prove itself.
