When I started Quicksand and realized that Eve Duncan was still looking for her daughter, Bonnie, I wondered how much longer the search would go on. This is book 12, for goodness sakes! However, I was soon surprised to learn that this installment would bring together Eve Duncan and Megan Blair from Pandora's Daughter, another of Johansen's books. What Megan brings to the table will delight you and have you anticipating the next installment.
