Synopsis

Inspector Alan Grant of Scotland Yard becomes fascinated with a portrait of Richard III that seems to bear no resemblance to Richard’s horrible reputation. Could such a noble, sensitive face actually belong to a heinous villain who killed his brother’s children in order to secure the crown for himself? With the assistance of the British Museum and an American scholar, Grant determines to find out once and for all what kind of man Richard Plantagenet was and who really killed the two princes.
