Niall would gladly rush to Birch’s side to protect her from harm, but with their secrets standing between them, he’ll have to reveal his own truth if he wants to keep her
Got several chapters in before realizing this is book 6 in the Spellbound Falls series, so a confusing place to start. I read several stories in an earlier series about the time traveling ancient highlanders, but that was many years ago, leaving the details and characters very hazy in my memory. I do remember enjoying them. This book likely deserves more than the measly 3 stars I allowed it, but I feel as if I were dropped into the middle of something. Still, its good enough to have me considering reading at least some of the 5 books I missed
