Synopsis

Without Mother Doreen, there never would have been a New Day Temple of Faith Singles' Ministry.  So it's bitter-sweet for the single saints she's leaving behind to see her go.  Having thought she'd never love again after the death of the only man she'd ever been with in her entire life, when Mother Doreen is proposed to by a pastor from her home town, she can't imagine turning down a gift from God. 

Although excited about where destiny is taking her, Mother Doreen is a little nervous embarking on her new role as a pastor's wife. But all agree that Mother Doreen is going to make the perfect First Lady.  After all, no one has known her to be anything other than a perfect Christian.  But before vows can even be exchanged, Mother Doreen's imperfect past comes back to shatter everyone's thoughts about her.  And it's going to take God, Mother Doreen facing her past, and the support of all the single ladies for this fairytale wedding to go down.  Otherwise, Mother Doreen's happily ever after might quickly turn into a sadly never ever.
