Synopsis

In a world of mysterious forests, superstitious humans, and talking animals, a hideous looking baby-- yellow eyes, a little piggy nose, long, pointy ears, and a body coated in primitive fur--is found by a witch in a hollowed oak tree. Dubbed Lump, he is raised in isolation, sheltered from the cruelties of the wide world. With a bear as his nursemaid, a demon tutor, a talkative cat and a witch as guardians, he knows nothing of humans, or how different he truly is. Peace is shattered with one ill-fated visit, and in a fairytale-charged future, the course of everything is forever changed.
