I always thought it would be difficult to mess up a romance novel I mean aren't they all the same with the heroine in distress with the handsome rescuer plot to the bookish miss that is a true beauty that everyone else seemed to have missed...but this one is definitely on the poorly written of the genre. It was a disappointment especially since Catherine Coulter's other novels are of better quality. Bottom line...save your time and money and find something else to read.
