by admin on March 15, 2011

We implemented a major update to the member homepage recently. It now shows you personalized recommendations in your top 5 genres based on titles in your queue and order history. It weeds out anything you have rated, read, reviewed, is already in your queue or you said not interested to.  You can even completely customize the genres that display on your homepage. We even added a Bestsellers and New Releases option.

Ship Next Order Priority Mail

by admin on November 8, 2010

The new “Ship next order Priority Mail” button in your queue allows you have your next order shipped Priority Mail (average 1-3 days delivery time) for only $3.50.  Your order still comes back Media Mail but will get to you much faster.

Currently, because of packaging restraints, the Priority Mail feature is only available to book members who receive 1 or 2 books in an order.  New packaging may become available soon through the USPS that will allow us to expand the service to members that receive 3 books in an order.  If you currently receive 1 or 2 books in an order and do not see the “Ship next order Priority Mail” button in your queue, then you currently have a pending order to ship your next order Priority Mail.

We have added a new “Feedback” feature to the “Current Orders” section of members Orders and Queue page.  Simply click on the arrows and let us know when you received and returned the book.  This data will help us improve shipping time with the USPS.

Thanks to all our members for your support throughout the years. We look forward to serving you for many years to come.  Please visit our press release for more details on our 10 year anniversary.
